Mia's Snickers Cupcakes are a chocolate cupcake with a vanilla buttercream frosting.  These cupcakes have a carmel gooey center filled with snickers as well.  A super rich and delicious cupcake.  Snickers Cupcakes come in regular and mini sizes.  The mini cupcakes do not include the extra's on top of the frosting.
