Shipping Policy
Here at Mia's Cakes we take pride in each and every one of our cakes that leaves our kitchen. We ship our cakes frozen in order for them arrive perfectly to you! When your cake arrives, please take it out of the shipping container right away. You may choose to place it in the freezer or you may unwrap it and thaw before serving.

Problems not related to or caused by Mia's Cakes
Everyone's tastes differ, we are sorry if you were expecting something other than the cake you received - such as sweetness or looks of the cake. We do not send replacements for these types of cases.
